Jake is the managing partner at Clear Ocean Partners and has over 20+ years of maritime and investment experience. Jake is chairman of Golden Energy Offshore Services ASA (GEOS.OL) and a board member of Womar Logistics Pte Ltd, the largest chemical tanker pool company in the market. He also managed Womar’s investment in the IPO and listing of Stainless Tankers ASA (STST.OL) which is listed on the EuroNext (Oslo) Exchange.

Andy is a partner at Clear Ocean Partners with 15 years of experience deploying and managing capital across the investment spectrum. Through Clear Ocean Partners, Andy is a board member of Womar Logistics Pte Ltd and Golden Energy Offshore Services ASA (GEOS.OL) and is a co-founder of Easterly Clear Ocean.

Mr. Greene serves as a Managing Partner of James Alpha Management, a single-family office with multiple investments in both public and private companies.
Mr. Greene has founded and developed multiple companies ranging from asset management to technology and specialty chemicals. He is the former Chairman & CEO of CRA Rogers Casey which he built into the fifth largest pension consulting firm in the US, managing over $500B in institutional assets.
